Grannies attend a dehorning!

Rhino Revolution invited a group of GoGos (African grandmothers) to join a successful dehorning operation on Balule Nature Reserve.
For these community matriarchs, this was their first time on a reserve and their first time to see a rhino, despite living close to the reserve boundaries.

“I am here, I am finally in the bush! I was happy and at the same time, sad. If rhinos are poached, what will our children see? As soon as I get home, this will be the first thing I tell everyone”.
